Join us for our next Beach Run!
While we call it the 5 AM Run, but we meet at 6:15am. The goal is to rise early before the day fills up with crowds, errands, and tasks. This time is just for you, your dog, the sunrise, and some great cardio.
We'll run together, but you're welcome to bring your headphones if you prefer to tune out or groove to your own playlist.
The boardwalk will be empty, the beach will be peaceful, and the sunrise will be energizing.
There will be ample parking at Beach 43rd st. Bathrooms open at 8am
